BT SEKTÖRÜNDE TALEP ODAKLI GENÇ İSTİHDAMINI ARTIRMAK

Final Conference

The final conference was a multiplier event organized by Karamanoğlu University coordinator Mehmetbey. Karaman Technopark prepared the guest list for this event using its strong ties with companies. Our university also ensured the participation of young participants.

Our goals are as follows;
       -Distributing our results to participants in a variety of digital and print formats, but predominantly in digital formats.
       -Informing the participants about the importance of youth employment in the IT sectors, sectoral realities and how this project supports the development of our goals.
       -To use contributor networks to reach more people and distribute our results by collecting individual and company email addresses.

Target groups;
       -Young people in university fields and computer science graduates,
       -Youth workers,
       -IT company representatives, personnel, HR managers, other employees,
       -Public and private worker representatives,
       -Personnel interested in IT from various institutions, universities and organizations,
       -Academics and researchers in computer science-related fields,
       -Local, regional and international IT company representatives,
       -Relevant local persons and institutions,

The press was invited to the conference to tell the story of the project and their aim to disseminate our results through media channels.

Although our university has the opportunity to reach a large number of participants, we acted by identifying the people who will contribute to the dissemination in the most timely manner. In fact, more than 200 people attended the two separate meetings where the number of participants was expected to be 90 in the planning. Although a budget was written for 90 participants, it covered all participation costs for all participants.
Within the scope of dissemination, information about our project and EU projects continues to be given to relevant persons and institutions from different sectors. In the days when the project ended, the number of people informed outside the final conference reached 160 people. Thus, the number of people engaged in face-to-face project promotion and dissemination activities has already reached 360 people. In the meantime, because we wanted to reach other sector representatives, nearly 400 e-mails were sent to the e-mail addresses of IT companies, describing our project and containing our intellectual outputs. Responses continue to be given to companies that want to learn the details.

Within the scope of dissemination activities, our foreign partners also held various meetings in groups of 10-20 people. They recorded these conversations. They posted it on their website.
